This area is nice to live in - it's pretty walkable and there are many visible revamps happening. It's a nice and fun area to live and spend time in.

This area is very nice for those looking for a very urban / city feel. Being close to UC, it has very young and bright energy. It's also quite walkable and it's a fun area. Its fun- housing is being built everywhere too so it's really growing. It's safe, and has a lot of good energy and plenty to do.
