The Del Aire neighborhood is overall highly family-friendly. There are more families with different backgrounds starting to move in, which is great, but the numbers could imporve.

The area is quiet and hidden. Neighbors are all extremely friendly. Other than the free right next o the house, I can't complain.

Some parts of the city do seem unsafe and like there is drug activity happening. I've lived in the area almost 6 years and it's gotten slightly better, but not by much.

The neighbohood is pretty calm. I am 10-15 minutes away from manhattan beach by car. there are malls 10 minutes away, del amo mall, galleria mall, culver city, & manhattan village. food and dinning around 10 minutes away. For me it is in the middle of everything and not far from places i need to go to.
