The best thing about this place is the environment. The plants, the wildlife, the mountain views, the sunsets, the fact that Tucson has low light pollution - the scenery is gorgeous and I like to go hiking in the canyons and mountains. But the local government is poor, the drivers are rude, and the roads are poorly kept up.

Police are understaffed, but good at what they do.

The area I live in is fairly safe. There is crime that you can see at times and there is a police helicopter fairly often and the police are visible. But, ironically, the police are very slow at times when it comes to responding unless it is an emergency.

The houses in this area are a mixture. There are houses that are somewhat different, and others, it is the exact same house. The cost of housing is the city's average cost of living and there is areas known for crime and areas known for the rich people.
