Dixon Park is a cozy neighborhood in Savannah, comprised mostly of residential homes and buildings. Savannah College of Art and Design’s Anderson Hall is located on the southeast point of the community, near Foundery Coffee Pub.

One of Savannah’s many gems, Forsyth Park, is just a few blocks away in the Historic District. This 30-acre park is filled with mature moss-draped trees, walking paths, fields, gardens, and a large fountain. Forsyth Farmers Market is in walking distance of Dixon Park, as is the Mate Factor café. There is so much history in Savannah – and living here, you’re near it all!
