The schools have excellent grades, are very safe, and within walking distance. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There are plenty of places to shop and things to do with the family, and the beaches are only 15 minutes away. I feel safe raising my kids here, and if i I had to do it all over again, I would. It is one of the better areas that I've lived in, with a more relaxed and slower paced style of living. There is continual growth around the area providing more opportunities to learn, work, and have fun.
