The atmosphere is a bit run down, but there are a lot of nearby things to do in Old Town, LA, and Hollywood. The transit system is great, and it is easy to get around to nearby cities. It is a diverse community and it is easy to meet new people.

There are enough officers and you feel secure

A homeless man slept on my front porch. People would steal things from people's front yards. Police didn't help very much. Packages were stolen at Christmas time.
