Affordable Urban Great Location Restaurants Up-and-Coming

Also known as Parklane, Edgecomb is a small neighborhood in the North District of Baltimore. Although this community is small, its wide variety of convenient amenities attracts commuters and families. Edgecomb is affordable with charming duplexes, townhomes, and mid-rise apartments for rent. Close proximity to parks, restaurants, and downtown attracts every type of person.

There is a park in the neighborhood, but residents can also go to Cold Spring Park just outside of Edgecomb and popular Druid Hill Park a few blocks south. Druid Hill Park has sports fields, a pool, botanic gardens, and trails. This park is also home to the Maryland Zoo. After a day of outdoor fun, there are plenty of restaurants along Park Height Avenue, especially Baltimore fish shops. Devour Maryland-style crabs and fried fish at places like Dash or Cameron’s Seafood.

Edgecomb is also great for commuters since downtown is less than 15 minutes away while the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is only 30 minutes away.
