Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere. good place unless you don't like being sort of in the middle of nowhere, not a place for people who like lots of movement and things actually happening, very stagnant, not much really changes except trees get taken down and houses get built

There are many different kinds of people in this community. I would choose to live in this community but in Puyallup, there are very welcoming and really help the county grow. However, my school district"s graduation rate has gone up 11.4% so I would encourage students to study in the Bethel School District.
