My husband has lived here for eight years. We wed in August and moved in the same area as his parents reside in Menlo Park, and I can say this area is so far the most peaceful and coziest to live in. We plan living in the area for the next couple of years until we are ready to buy our first home which could possibly be in the exact area where we are now.

Housing in this area is very expensive and in bad conditions. Utilities are very high too. There is not as much abandoned properties in this area, they are mostly occupied.
