Finding Apartments for Rent in Fairfax, VT

Given the size of town, Fairfax does not have an abundance of rental properties. Most units available in the area on rental listings are actually located south down route 128 in the nearby towns of Essex, Winooski, and Colchester.

Weather in Fairfax, VT

The heaviest rains hit around the end of July, August and September.
