Fairgrounds is a small industrial area just south of Downtown San Jose between Highways 87 and 101. The neighborhood is filled with a variety of businesses, hardware suppliers, auto shops, and more. The eastern corner of the neighborhood is a large green space holding some of San Jose’s main attractions.
