Peaceful Suburban Great Location Near Downtown

The Farm Drive neighborhood is a fairly quiet community located roughly twenty minutes south of downtown San Jose on the Guadalupe Freeway. The houses and apartments here range from the swanky to the sensible, fitting every budget.

The neighborhood is positioned just a couple of blocks north of Capitol Expressway, making it an excellent location for anyone who works at the various car dealerships in the area. Terrell Elementary School and the YMCA are just a few blocks down Pearl Avenue, with many public parks within easy walking distance as well.
