Been living in Felida my whole life. Wow has it developed, more and more homes are being built and more coffee shops/ restaurants. People here are so kind and so welcoming. The neighborhoods within the area are very safe. This is an upscale area. The schools are definitely the selling point when it comes to Felida, by far THE BEST schools.

I love Felida. it is a small community and everyone knows everyone for the most part. The schools are great and offer several different programs. People here are great but they can get a little annoying at times. The best part about Felid is that the there are new places to go. there are small shops starting to pop up. on corners. when I first moved here there were two gas stations and that was basically it.
