I grew up in the Placer County area, Roseville specifically, and I would move back here after college to start a family in a heartbeat. I feel super safe wherever I go, and there are so many things to do.

Good housing. minimal vacant properties. Rent is higher than I'd like to pay but relative for the area. Utilities are based on you use so sometimes their high and sometimes their low. There really isn't a worse area overall this community is great.
