Forty minutes away from Baltimore, Fulton is a small suburban neighborhood in Howard County. Some parts of the community feature impressive, luxury homes. The area is heavily wooded, filled with lakes and quarries. Since this town is engulfed in natural beauty, outdoor activities are extremely common. Visit the T.
