Living in an area that has a dirt road, doesnt have much light poles. Or sidewalk. Dangerous for walkers, joggers, bicyclists.

There are a lot of opportunities, but a lot of available jobs are more along the lines of minimum wage or retail. Most people in this area do work; whether it is a good job and/or they like probably varies per individual.
