Located between Cantonment, Florida and the Escambia River State Wildlife Management Area, Gonzalez is roughly 12 miles north of Pensacola and eight miles northwest of the University of West Florida. Just slightly removed from the Gulf Coast's best beaches, including Pensacola Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore, and Perdido Key, those choosing apartments in Gonzalez are able to enjoy a natural Florida setting at its best -- but only about 30 minutes away from a day of swimming, beachcombing, shelling, fishing, and paddle-boarding.
