Green Acres, not to be confused with the city of Greenacres, refers to a broad swath of communities situated between West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, to the west of Palm Beach International Airport. Among the many communities located within the Green Acres region are Royal Palm Estates, Aberdeen, and Greenacres, of course.
The communities in this area are largely residential, affording renters a vast selection of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses to choose from in an overall peaceful locale. Many Green Acres rentals are within close proximity to the sprawling Okeeheelee Park and Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, two wildly popular outdoor destinations in the area.
Bedner’s Farm Fresh Market, Mounts Botanical Garden, and the Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society are within easy driving distance of Green Acres, in addition to a host of golf and country clubs. Numerous beautiful Atlantic Coast beaches are within close reach as well. Getting around the Greater Palm Beach Area from Green Acres is simple with access to Florida’s Turnpike, Military Trail, U.S. Highway 441, and Interstate 95.
