The experience of living in my neighborhood has been great. Whenever I take my dogs out for walks, I always manage to meet a new face who is just a happy to see me as I am to see them. Also, the amount of trees and grass in this area is very nice and makes being outside well worth it. I'd love to live here for years to come. It may not be the richest area, but it's home. The streets are a little out dated/ runned down, but even so, it adds to the overall mood. I see a lively future for this area.

There are not very many local businesses in my area that I am aware of.

If you don't like desert terrain and very hot temperatures, this is definitely not the place to be for weather.
