Greenland is a sprawling neighborhood located about 17 miles south of Downtown Jacksonville. Similar to many Florida communities, Greenland features lush greens spaces interspersed with residential streets, palm trees, creeks, and lakes. Greenland is a popular neighborhood for its great schools, family-friendly atmosphere, and wide range of rental options, which include modern condos, mid-rise apartments, and single-family houses. Residents also enjoy having easy access to plenty of restaurants and shopping hubs like the Avenues, a large mall located directly north of the neighborhood. Greenland is also near several parks and golf courses like Julington Creek Golf Club. Interstate 295 and 95 run through the neighborhood, allowing residents to travel north into Downtown Jacksonville or northeast to Jacksonville Beach or Ponte Vedra Beach.

Bike paths, running trails and a great sense of community in Greenland Chase!! We absolutely love living in this part of Jacksonville and couldn't be happier!

I would love to see Jacksonville boom in local business's. I thoroughly support local business's and already have a few I love to keep up with like Stubbee's, a local bee keeper and Sippers Coffee House. It forms a sense of community here that I really appreciate.
