Most of the people take care of their housing. there have been many new people that have moved in the past few years. Since I have been born here there probably half the street are new residents. Depending on if you have gas or oil will depend on you cost of heating. We have oil still for our heat. Since we live on a dead end there is not really any bad area

Basically a quiet neighborhood bra cause it's a dead end street. Not sure I would choose to live here again. As far as ranking that's hard because we are in a very city like setting with a big population. A very urban area. We live close by a city college and they are building up the college with new dormitories down the street. So not sure if this will benefit our neighborhood or not

We had been vandalized several years ago. Our garage was broken into and they stole a lawnmower and my daughters bike. We have a house alarm so our home has never been broken into. Most thefts in this area has been in driveways and garages.
