This wooded, hilly community sits about five miles southwest of Downtown Baltimore and about one mile from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, located in neighboring Arbutus. This ideal location also provides easy access to I-95, I-695, and the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. For those who prefer mass transit, the Halethorpe Rail Station is located along Southwestern Boulevard.
