There isn't a lot to do in West Seattle, but downtown is only a few minutes away!

There are lots of parks and green areas that make it feel like its not in the city. Its a beautiful place to live and the people who live around here are friendly.

While it does rain a lot here, the temperatures don't get to be too cold or too hot. In the winter, we rarely even get snow and the summer rarely shows a temperature above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Capital Hill and Delridge are fairly safe neighborhoods to visit. I would recommend avoiding White Center and especially Rainier Beach as those are the places that people get mugged or held up at gun point.
