In this area there are a great amount of young children. The safety in this area is in a great rating because, everyone looks out for everyone. There are a few issues every now and than that involve the police but nothing major that scares the community. Police are always visible especially since there is a sub station close by. I don't have much concerns when it comes to my area.

I currently live in apartments however the area has mostly houses that have people living in them. I have seen houses having renovation but not abandoned.
