The Hillcrest neighborhood lies about three miles north of Downtown Provo. Just a few miles northwest of Brigham Young University, Hillcrest is a popular area to rent an apartment for students and people who work in the two city’s central districts. In addition to the convenient setting, the neighborhood features plenty of amenities.

Visit Carterville Park, a five-acre spread offering sports courts, a playground, and a walking path. For indoor fun, spend an afternoon at Nickel City, a large recreation center featuring eateries and more than 100 games, including laser tag. Later, head to the neighborhood’s north side to enjoy dinner at the highly-rated Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill, known for its handmade tortillas.
