The person who wrote a review that Oak Cliff is the hood you don't know what you are talking about. Just like neighborhoods in Highland and Plano, there are troublesome areas. There are areas in Southern Dallas that go by other names such as Elder Oaks, DeSoto, Duncanville, etc. where there are properties that are $400,00 to million dollars and above. Every area including Dallas County and other Counties deals with areas that are bothersome. To the person who wrote the request, you are wrong.

My experience is grate but their is not a variety of food places. However it is a good upcoming neighborhood. Recently their has been a lot of construction in the neighborhood, which has brought many job opportunities for individuals.

I like that although the neighborhood could use clean up speed bumps and maybe authority patrolling more could help benefit community across all boards if effectively done! I like how the few owners that reside in Oak cliff are not oblivious to any of the circumstances but do take pride in what they do where come from and all that they've done
