A quiet neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia. Plenty of places to go out for dinner or drinks (Dagwoods, the Ashburner). Easy access to 95. Close proximity to Pennypack Park and the Delaware Waterfront. I've lived year for several years and have never felt unsafe. I would definitely move here again.

It's definitely getting worse, and it's very scary. Crime, especially those violent in nature, are becoming more and more common.
