It can be quiet, but there's also a lot of gun shots, drug use, car theft, rape, even the occasional homicide. Lots of trash comes out around the apartments, as well as children and teens unsupervised and causing problems. Saw several young kids running around with BB guns that look like the real deal, so the quality of some of the people here leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of lower class people that cause problems for the rest of the quiet neighborhood.

I recently moved to the neighborhood in October 2017. So far, it is a good neighborhood. Its very cozy & quiet, most of the neighbors speak when crossing paths.
