I would say living in Ives Estates is okay. It is prone to a lot of car accidents though. Overall, it is a family friendly neighborhood and very diverse.

I been living in Ives Estate for 33 years, it was the best time in the 90s and early 2000 but by 2020 it's has gotten worst so I had to move out, plus got tired of Florida since there's so many fake people. I was doing security for 15 years but the pay isn't enough and the things I seen in Florida can be written for movies. I also hated the traffic in Ives Estate since I was close to Madie Ives elementary my old elementary school and Michael M Krop my old high school. The traffic is rough and I work the grave yard shift so getting home was a pain every morning. The only thing I do miss is that can buy beer or liquor anytime I want but here in Georgia they have curfews here. All my true friends moved out of Florida so it's just a Shell of nothing for me. Even the women are crazy in Florida. That's why I never got married. I do miss the beautiful women. I don't miss the heat over there. It's impossible to find parking to go to the beach in 20 or 30 years ago is possible.

Is very diverse in its people but like most metropolitan areas life is a bit to fast and it's a difficult task to decrease crime rates across the county
