Very nice neighborhood. This area has not changed much since I moved here in 2000. I'm not a very sociable person but all of my neighbors are very friendly and they all tend to look out for one another. There's plenty of things to do at night and on the weekends as this area is located very close to downtown. There's several parks and recreation areas all within a stone's throw from my home.
