I feel save in this neighbourhood. It's pretty easy to commute anywhere around, both downtown or suburbs.

feels like families are moving in consistently which has brought the neighborhood to life. New restaurants, bars, and breweries are beginning to pop up. In the next 3 to 5 years I expect to see a full transformation into a very desirable family first neighborhood full of 30 to 40+ year olds with their young kids. The bungalows in the neighborhood are still thriving, but many have been updated and I expect to see large ROI for those investing now

I like that it is a transit stop for the blue line, however the amount of crimes around the neighborhood are frightening. It is very diverse and has a great elementary school.

I liked the overall vibe that I get from living in this area. It has its problems, but compared to a lot of other places it is a really nice area. Something that I would like to see changed however is faster maintenance to problems in the area. Like street lamps, potholes, street lights, etc.
