Been living in Kendall Lakes and near by it for all my life. It's a surprisingly quiet and average community with the usual rowdiness in the night from the loud cars out. Nearby shopping plazas, such as the Kendall Lakes plaza, offers useful stores to buy furniture and great food services in case you want to do something interesting in the night. Overall, it's nothing special to live in, Hence the average score

This is a great neighborhood with lots of fantastic schools that are close by. You can find almost everything without having to drive or walk very far. There are great locations to shop, eat, or have fun.

I do not like it here because the landscape is very unappealing to me.

It's a nice place to live in but the people here are mean, disrespectful. I rather be in a place were people are nice to you.
