Kendall Commons refers to a northwestern pocket of the Hammocks, where residents enjoy a tranquil home environment and a strong sense of community. Kendall Commons is almost exclusively residential, offering an array of apartments, townhomes, condos, and houses available for rent along tree-lined avenues.

The community enjoys access to a variety of suburban conveniences at the Shoppes of Paradise Lakes as well as the nearby Kendall Park Plaza and Hammocks Town Center. There are plenty of fresh produce stands and farmers’ markets lined up along Krome Avenue as well, which lies just west of Kendall Commons.
