Kings Grant is a neighborhood five miles north of Downtown Wilmington and about eight miles from the Atlantic coast. King’s Grant attracts residents for its central location and pleasant atmosphere. Its a tough place to find a job. Most people who visit want to stay, college grads tend to stay here after UNCW and its a smallish town with no suburbs to speak of. Opportunities are all about who you know in this town.
