Rentals in this neighborhood are affordable to mid-range and include charming pueblo-style houses and modern apartments. Ladera West has several parks and the Ladera Golf Course on the western part of the neighborhood provides a lush backdrop for several homes, so residents can spend plenty of time outdoors. The Petroglyph National Monument is a popular spot for hiking as well.
