The crime rate from what I know is low. The only problem that i know of is the prevalence of smoking marijuana.

I love living in this area. It is a quiet neighborhood with most of the residents being older in age. There are not enough recreational parks, such as basketball courts in the area. It can sometimes be boring. Crime rate is low. I would love to live here in the future.
