There is not a lot of crimes such as thefts, kidnapping, etc. There is graffiti and road violations but not major things.

The neighborhood is mainly Asian-cultured where there are Asian food, nail salons and more. It appears to be rundown but the district runs along side a major boulevard so there is lots of traffic around the area.

Aside from the road and bus transportation, I hadn't had much of an issue with the public service. The roads need to be repaired as there are cracks and hole within rural areas.
