Best part of Fort Myers, historical palm tree lined streets, every amenity you can think of! Close to the beach, and a very charming and vibrant doewntown!

This area is riddled with older generations which isn't ideal for cultivating youth. The beach is very polluted and dirty. The city is full of crime as well, though if you live in richer areas it's not apparent.

For the most part, the weather is pleasant and breezy although, in my opinion, it can get a little too hot and humid. The thunderstorms that we do get tend to be moderate and somewhat enjoyable but there can be outliers that knock the power out and cause some flooding. As far as natural disasters go, one of the only main concerns is the possibility of hurricanes.
