Located about 18 miles north of Downtown San Diego, Miramar Ranch North offers country-style living with SoCal flair just a short drive away from the heart of the city. Miramar Ranch North is a part of the Scripps Ranch community, one of San Diego’s best neighborhoods to live in. If you love the outdoors, expect to feel right at home in this neighborhood, as you can find a park or trail on practically every corner. Check out Miramar Overlook Park for some spectacular views or get out on the water at Lake Miramar. Complemented by palm trees and mountain views, Miramar Ranch North features lavish Mediterranean-style houses and townhomes, as well as several luxury apartments right outside the boundaries of the neighborhood.

Miramar Ranch North is family-friendly with access to some of the best schools in the city and plenty of amenities. Go to Scripps Ranch Marketplace in the neighborhood or drive to one of the many shopping plazas and restaurants nearby.
