It is located on the north end of the university, providing residents fast access to the Sun Bowl Stadium and Don Haskins Center. North Mesa Street, which serves as the western border, features a variety of diverse eateries, bars, specialty shops, and more.
Mission Hills South residents enjoy visiting Mission Hills Park, located in the center of the neighborhood. This park offers a playground, a walking path, tennis courts, and a basketball court.
