On the edge of Prince William Forest Park, just west of I-95, Montclair is a classic suburban locale with an involved community and vibrant surroundings. Lake Montclair sits at the center of this idyllic neighborhood and provides a setting for 4th of July celebrations and community bonding in general.

There are fantastic schools that serve the residents of Montclair, and luxury shopping centers just outside the neighborhood’s boundaries that will keep everyone entertained. Montclair isn’t far from Alexandria and Washington, D.C., but most residents work in the immediate area or in one of the cities just to the north. Montclair sits on the western banks of the Potomac, and Prince William Forest Park on its southern edge, providing residents with a number of outdoor possibilities.
