Placed between Downtown Culver City and Ballona Creek, Noland Park is a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Culver City’s exciting downtown. Noland Park is mostly residential with a variety of condos, apartments, and single-family homes for rent. Noland Park is popular with commuters as well because it lies just 10 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles and seven miles north of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Thanks to its proximity to Downtown Los Angeles, countless restaurants, stores, and more are at Noland Park resident’s fingertips. Outside of the neighborhood’s southern border, near Ballona Creek, expansive community parks make up the area; Culver City Park, home of Bill Botts Field, Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook’s trails, including the ones connecting to Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, are all located here.
