The parks are kept very clean. Plenty of space to do various activities and many activities offered by the parks.

there is a big variety of drink and food venues in this area. Plenty of bars around as well. not very many places to go in terms of a club.

The houses in the area are decent looking. Depending on where you are in this neighborhood you can either see some nice houses or some houses that don't look that good. The pricing is manageable and its a nice area to live.

The transportation is okay. We have a local bus stop but that is about it. Unless you have a car and or bus money there is really no other way to get around.
