Northcrest is bordered to the north by Bethel Road and to the south by Henderson Road. A large park sits in the center of the neighborhood, providing walking trails, a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Because Northcrest is just four miles north of OSU, it is popular with students looking for off-campus housing, faculty, and college football fans who want to be close enough to the Ohio Stadium to cheer on the Buckeyes. This neighborhood is also great for nature lovers -- it is just a few blocks west of the Anheuser Busch Sports Park and Olentangy Park, both located along the Olentangy River, and Griggs Nature Preserve, located along the Scioto River.
