Northeast Neighbors is a fairly large suburban sector of Salem, providing folks in the capital city with a clean, quiet home environment right on the edge of the biggest employment centers in town. The Oregon State Capitol, Salem Health Hospital, and Willamette University are both located just outside the southwest corner of the neighborhood, making it a highly convenient spot for students, faculty, medical professionals, and government employees to find houses or apartments.
