Very walkable and easy access to the upcoming waterfront. The neighborhood is full of people walking their dogs and kids playing outside. We feel very safe here and the neighbors have been very welcoming. It's the first place we've lived where neighbors brought over welcome gifts. After living here over a year now, we are very glad with our choice to make this our home.
