Oak Point is a charming Texas suburb that sits just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex practically on the waters of Lewisville Lake. This upscale suburban locale has an incredible variety of rentals: sprawling single-family homes, stylish cottages, and affordable apartments can be found in and around this waterfront community. Oak Point is largely residential, but there are a few community parks on the water’s edge in which you can enjoy the scenery and warm Texas climate. Just north of Oak Point sits U.S. Highway 380, which will ferry you around the area to Denton or McKinney where you’ll find more restaurant and retail options. Dallas-Fort Worth is also only a 45-minute drive away.
