Located at the Appalachian foothills in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest, MSU is set against an idyllic backdrop in a small town with a big heart. Several apartments and townhomes are available for rent in the immediate Morehead area as well as in the neighboring Clearfield area. Commuting to campus is simple with access to U.S. 60 and I-64.

Opportunities for outdoor recreation are plentiful, with Eagle Lake located within walking distance of campus and Cave Run just a short drive away.
