Founded as a Christian college in 1873, Drury University is recognized today as one of the most highly-ranked regional universities in the Midwest. The university serves a healthy mix of traditional and continuing education students, the latter group making up more than half of the overall student body. Nearly all full-time students under the age of 21 are required to live on campus, creating a distinct campus culture built around a strong sense of community.

The Drury University campus sits right between Midtown and Downtown Springfield, just a few blocks from Park Central square.
