Palm Valley is a nice community. It is a bit of a melting pot of people from across the United States who have come here. It is friendly and very safe. I would say it is one of the safer communities across the country. It is great that you are at the beach, can play golf and can travel to other cities/communities very easily. It is centrally located from many other great places that are easy to get to.

I wrote about the houses in the previous question. Cost of housing is extremely high and so is renting. Utilities are high as well, since we use the air conditioner many months due to the heat and allergies. Not many vacant properties where I live but in the next town over there is government housing, vacancies, abandoned properties, and seems like no city codes.?
